8 ounces peeled, cooked sweet potato1 cup pumpkin purée, or make your own pumpkin purée½ crushed bouillon cube or other broth powder)2 tablespoons water, or more for preferred consistency¼ cup natural-style peanut butter, creamy or chunky¾ teaspoon Dijon mustard or coarse-grained mustard¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, preferably freshly gratedSalt or sea salt to taste, optionalFreshly ground white or black pepper, to taste, optional
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until the dip is creamy.
Add more water, peanut butter, mustard or nutmeg to taste, according to your preference.
