Ingredients
Dough - 2 cups Flour1/4 cup sour cream1 large eggFilling - 2 cups mashed potatoes3 slices American cheese 2%1 onion 1Tbsp. butter
Directions
Mix dough ingred. together and then roll into 46 balls.

Cook onions in butter
Mix filling ingreds. together.

Roll the dough balls out into circle noodles. Put 1Tsp. filling into each circle. Fold dough over into 1/2 circle and seal edges by pressing around edges with a fork. Place in boiling water and simmer for about 8 minutes. drain and they are ready to ear. They are really better if you fry them in a little butter that also has more onions with the butter.
