Stir Fry with Kale and Broccoli

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspElk Steak, 12 oz Green onion or scallions chopped, 1 cupOnion powder, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsCarrots slides, 1 medium Kale chopped, 2 cup Broccoli chopped w/stems , 5 cup Ginger Root minced, 2 tsp*Mr. Yoshida's Sweet Teriyaki Original Gourmet Sauce, 5.5 tbsp or 1/3 cup1/4 waterWhite Rice, long grain, cooked, 2 cup
Directions
While rice is cooking, add to a deep pan EVOO, elk steak, onions, onion and garlic powder. Stir and cook until steak is to desired tenderness. Add chopped carrots, kale, broccoli and minced ginger root. Mix everything together. Add Yoshida sauce and 1/4 cup water. Place lid over mixture for 3 or 4 minutes, if you like your vegetables crunchy, longer if you like them soft. Serve over cooked rice.

Serving Size: 4 servings with 1/2 cup rice for each.
