Hearty Turkey Chili with Beans & Veggies

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove) *Vegetable - Bean - Small Red Beans - Dried Winn Dixie - grams, 362 gram (remove) Beans, pinto, 1 cup (remove) Beans, black, 1 cup (remove) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) *Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 large, 164g), 1 serving (remove) Garlic, 2 clove (remove) Chili powder, 12 tbsp (remove) *Cumin seed, 4 tbsp (remove) *Kosher Salt, 5 tsp (remove) Pepper, black, 2 tsp (remove) *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove) Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce, 0.75 cup (remove) Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) *Beef Bouillon - 1 cube, 1 serving (remove) Brown Sugar, 10 tsp packed (remove) Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove) Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
Directions
soak dry beans over night (don't pre-cook them, though)
brown the meat & drain off the fat
dice the veggies
add all ingredients to the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

it's best if you let it sit over night then cook it another hour or two to heat it up and meld the flavors.
