Homemade Chicken Pesto Orzo Salad

Ingredients
Orzo Pasta, 250 grams (dry)Chicken Breast, no skin, 300 gramsZucchini - sliced smallGreen Beans 10 beans (4" long) - sliced small1/2 Peppers, sweet, red, fresh - sliced smallBasil Pesto, 100 gram(s)Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Boil water with a tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Heat 1tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a frypan and add chicken.
Brown chicken and add veges.
Boil Orzo for 7 minutes.
Drain Orzo and place in salad bowl. Add pesto, chicken, veges and 1tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a few drops of lemon juice. Mix gently to combine.

Makes 4 servings.
