St. Thomas Mushroom

2 whole Portabella Mushroom heads- cleaned1 bottle Newman's Own Light Italian Dressing 2 slices Provolone Cheese1 small Tomato- sliced
Clean mushrooms. Pour bottle of Italian dressing into ziplock bag add mushrooms. Marinate all day or overnight.
Remove mushroom from marinade and dispose of dressing. Grill or broil mushrooms about 3 minutes on each side. With top of mushroom down, place sliced tomatoes on each cap. Top with slices of Provolone cheese. Return to grill or broiler til cheese is brown and bubbly.
