Ingredients

1. 4 Egg Whites2. 3 Egg Yolks (may add additional yolk for richness)3. 1/8 tsp Cream of Tartar4. 1 tsp Stevia in the Raw5. Pinch of salt6. 1/8 per seasonings of your choice (oregano, onion powder)7. 1.5oz Light Mayonaise (may use fat free mayonaise, sour cream, cream cheese [3oz], &/or yogurt)
You'll need 2 bowls, a hand mixer,spatula, cooking sheet, drying rack, & airtight container:
1. In 1 bowl combine egg whites and cream of tartar. Mix by hand mixer until soft peaks form.
2. In bowl #2, combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix by hand mixer until smooth and slightly lighter yellow.
3. Gently add 1/3 of the yolk mixture at a time to the egg whites. Carefully fold in each batch until incorporated.
4. Place 1/4cup scoops of mixture onto cookie sheet.
5. Cook at 300 degrees for 30mins.
6. Place on drying rack and store in air tight container.
