Ingredients
Directions
3 oz. Tyson Steak Strips3/4 cup Onion, sliced1 cup Cabbage, finely shredded2 tsp Garlic1/4 cup Kraft 2% Mexican Shredded Cheese1 Mission Carb Balance Tortillia1 serving Salsa of your choices1 Tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat
Spray a cold saute pan with Pam, add sliced onions and start to saute once pan is heated on medium to medium-high.
When onions begin to brown on the edges and soften, add steak strips. Continue to saute...once meat is heated through, reduce the heat to low to medium and add the cabbage and garlic.
Continue to heat and toss everything together...while this is cooking, spread cheese on the tortilla and heat in microwave for 25 seconds.
Once the cabbage is wilted and well mixed with other ingredients, add to the tortilla and top with sour cream and salsa.
This is one VERY large serving. I eat it with brown rice mixed with a little more salsa and raw baby carrots.
