Turkey Veggie Goulosh

Ingredients
1 Lb. Ground Turkey1/2 cup chopped med. Onion2-14.5 oz.. Cans Green Beans1-15.25 oz .Can Sweet Corn1-15 oz. Can Diced Potatoes1-14.5 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes2-15 oz. Cans Tomato Sauce8 oz. Small Pasta Shells
Directions
Boil Water for Shells. Brown Ground Turkey and onion. Drain any grease and rinse well with Hot water. Open and Drain water off of Green Beans, Corn, and Potatoes. Put Turkey & Veggies into a Dutch Oven or Stock Pot. Add Shells when done and Tomato Sauce. Let simmer about 15 to 20 minutes. Can add or delete any veggie you like and add seasonings while cooking meat.

Serves about 10 1 cup servings.

    the recipe has an error so i think it would have been better without the error. The ingredients say potato and in the directions onion is mentioned but not potato. I would like to try this the correct way if it gets fixed. - 4/12/08
