Crustless Quiche (spinach, asparagus, mushroom, and baccon)

Ingredients
6 large eggs6 egg Whites ( I buy a Carton)1 cup chopped mushrooms7 asparagus stalks (Chopped)1.5 Cups chopped spinach1 cup of 1% milk3 strips of bacon (pre-cooked and diced)
Directions
Wisk together eggs and milk until well mixed then stir in chopped veggies and bacon.

spray a backing pan with a thin layer of olive oil, and pour mixture in.

Back at 350 Degrees for approximately 30 minutes, or until egg has cooked thru.
