Ingredients
1 can tomato juice (large can) 1 container beef broth (4 cups) or veggie broth 1/2 medium onion, chopped2-3 cloves garlic, minced 2 bags freshlike frozen vegies for soup salt and pepper to taste
Directions
sweat onion and galic until soft
add rest of ingredients
cook 3-6 hours
