Lime Tilapia

Ingredients
Tilapia 4 oz filets 1 or 2 limes, depending on how intense flavor you want.Flour for dredgingOlive oil for pan
Directions
Remove the zest from the lime. FInely chop if not using a microplane grater.

Dredge Tilapia Filet in Flour. Heat oil in non-stick skillet and cook 3 minutes per side. Sprinkle lime zest in pan while fish is cooking. Squeeze juice over fish and remove from heat.
