Butternut Squash, sweet potatoe, & apple casserole

Ingredients
1 small butternut squash, peeled and diced into 1″ cubes1 sweet potato, peeled and diced into 1″ cubes1 green apple, diced into 1″ cubes3 tbsp Pure Grade-B Maple Syrup1 tbsp coconut flour1 tbsp fresh sage, minced1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease pan with oil of choosing or cooking spray
Toss veggies and apples with maple syrup and spread into a 9" round baking dish.
Sprinkle with coconut flour, sage and cinnamon.
Bake for 45 minute to and hour, or until casserole is tender, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Let cool and enjoy!
