Ingredients
4 slices whole grain bread1/3 cup olive oil2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. onion powder1/2 tsp oregano1 tsp Spike seasoning
Directions
1. Cut bread into 1/2 cubes. Place in a bowl.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients using a fork in a separate bowl.
3. Toxx oil mixture well over bread cubes.
4. Place evenly on a cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350 to 450 degrees F until all cubes are browned evenly. Be sure to flip evenly with a spatula to allow cubes to brown evenly all around.
