broccoli egg cups

Ingredients
5 eggs 0.5 small onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, mincedfrozen broccoli (half a package)0.5 cups cottage cheese0.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 tsp oil
Directions
lightly saute onions and garlic in oil. Defrost frozen broccoli in the microwave. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Season to taste (I used salt, pepper, and a dash of cayenne pepper). Spoon into 12 silicon muffin cups that were sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 400 degrees F until done. I like mine well browned, so I baked them for about 45 minutes.
