Ingredients
12 fl oz water1 cup frozen green grapes2 kiwis (skin included!)2-3 chunks fresh pineapple (core included)1 cup frozen peas2-3 frozen broccoli florets1/4 avocadoA few sprigs of fresh cilantro and parsley1 tbsp of ground flaxseed1 scoop SunWarrior Vegan Protein Powder
Directions
Use a vitamix or blendtec. Frozen things on bottom, lighter things on top, blend for full cycle.

Serving Size: Makes a little more than a quart. I drink the whole thing as a meal replacement
