Kathi's Home-made Turkey Chili

3 lbs. ground turkey3 tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil2 lg. cans (28 oz.) organic diced tomatoes with liquid1 lg. can (29 oz.) organic tomato sauce1 can (15 oz.) organic kidney beans with liquid1 can (15 oz.) organic black beans with liquid2 medium yellow onions, chopped2 poblano peppers, seeds removed and chopped small1 red chili pepper, seeds removed and chopped small50 grams (almost whole jar) chili powder1 tbsp. ground cumin
In a large pot, cook the ground turkey in the coconut oil. (about 15 minutes) Don't drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer on top of the stove, uncovered for 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
