Meatloaf -Cracker Barrell version

1.3 lbs ground turkey2 eggs2/3 cup milk4 oz shredded cheddar1/2 cup crushed goldfish crackers (either regular or cheese or both)1/3 cup minced onionsalt and pepper, to tastetopping:1/2 cup ketchup1/8 cup brown sugar1 tsp yellow mustard
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs then add milk, cheese, crackers, onion, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Then add turkey and combine. Put in 9x9 pan or shape into loaf. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Combine topping ingredients and spread. Spread over top and cook another 10-15 minutes.
