Buttermilk biscuits

Ingredients
2 C flour2 t baking powder1/2 t baking soda1 t salt1/4 C butter1 C buttermilk
Directions
Cut butter into dry ingredients. Add milk and knead until ball forms. (Can use kneading hook on mixer or knead by hand.) Roll and cut or drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 15 biscuits.

    I made this but omitted the salt, nutritional info wrong for salt content. Turned out light did not brown well, maybe my electric oven, but tasted good overall. - 1/3/09
