Fish Soup with corn & potatoes

Ingredients
8 cups fish stock2 large potatoes peeled & chopped1 lb 9 oz Halibut cubed2 cups yellow sweet corn2 cups skim milk1 cup nonfat milk powder
Directions
Bring the chopped potatoes to a boil in the fish stock, after 10 minutes add the frozen corn, after 5 minutes add the Halibut (now's the time to put the corn muffins in the oven) after 15 minutes add the milk & milk powder and serve. Add salt & pepper at the table.
