Low-carb Beef Taco Salad

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef, browned1 (10 oz) bag salad greens2 plum tomatoes, chopped2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 tsp chili powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp crushed red pepper1/4 tsp cayenne pepper4 green onions, chopped1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef over medium heat, drain/rinse. Place greens in a bowl. Combine tomatoes, salad dressing, Worcestershire sauce and all spices listed. Add tomato mixture to meat. Top with green onions, cilantro and cheese.

Serving Size: Makes 6 portions, approximately 3 cups of salad
