Ingredients
4 Medium Cooked Potatoes; peeled & boiled1/2 Cup of cooked Carrots; cooked & cut upMash Potatoes and Carrots very well. Blend in:1/4 Cup of Cottage Cheese 2%1/4 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese1/4 Cup plain Yogurt4 Tsp minced Garlic
Directions
Because of the mashing / blending, dish may have to be re-heated before cheeses and yogurt are added. Worth the extra effort though - delicious.
