Ingredients
1 LB ground beef1/2 cup of bread crumbs1 egg1 can tomato sauce1 tsp black pepper1/2 med onion (diced)2 tbsp parley flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, black pepper, and onion. Form a loaf and place in lightly sprayed baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce and sprinkle on the parsley flakes. Bake for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8, or 4 if the slices are real big
