green chili cornbread muffins

Ingredients
2 c self-rising corn meal mix1 sm can creamed corn1 sm can diced green chilies1 c low fat buttermilk (or more if needed)1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 425, combine all the ingredients. Spray 12 muffin tins, divide among the 12 muffin tins. Bake until golden, about 15-20 minutes.

If you want hotter muffins, use jalapenos instead of chilies
