Ingredients: Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large (remove) 365 Organic Cream Cheese, 8 tbsp (remove) Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream, 4 tbsp (remove) *Bob's Red Mill Organic 100% Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal, 4 tbsp (remove) almond flour, 4 tbsp (remove) Kerrygold Irish Butter, 1 tbsp (remove) Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
In stand mixer bowl, combine eggs, cream cheese,. Whisk/ beat until smooth and fluffy. Add cream and melted coconut oil and vinegar.
Stir together flaxseed meal, almond flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Add gradually to bowl, with mixer on low speed. Then beat until well combined.
Pour into 8 x 8 pan well greased with coconut oil
Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes, until set and golden brown.
Top with softened butter, spread evenly. Cut into 8 slices.
