Veal Marengo

Ingredients
*Veal, cubed for stew (leg and shoulder), raw, 2.5 lb Mushrooms, fresh, sliced, 250 grams *Veggies - Shallot Small , 2 Green Olives, 150 grams *Flour, white, 0.1 cup White Wine, 200 mL Diced Tomatoes , 4 Tomato Paste, 0.5 can (6 oz) Olive oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Roast the veal in a saute pan.
Add the shallots, tomatoes and stir.
Add the flour and the white wine, stir again.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and the olives and cook for another 45 minutes.
