Cranberry-Orange-Ginger Relish

Ingredients
12 oz package of cranberries coarsely chopped, cooked in microwave 2 minszest and peeled (remove all white) orange1 tsp fresh ginger1 package orange sugar free jello2 single serving packages of truvia1 tbsp maple (or ginger) syrup
Directions
12 oz package of cranberries chopped, cooked in microwave 2 mins
zest, peel and section (remove all white) orange, mash into cranberries, add zest to mixture
add truvia and 1 tsp fresh ginger, plus 1 tbsp of ginger or maple syrup
1 package orange sugar free jello, only use 1 cup of water, mix into cranberries and orange mixture
