Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup1 1/3 cups water3/4 cup uncooked long grain white rice1/2 tsp. onion powder1/4 tsp. black pepper1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix soup, water, onion powder, black pepper & rice in 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with additional pepper.
Cover and bake at 375 F. for 45 mins or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.
Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and let melt.
