Dirty Rice

Ingredients
2 cups White Rice, long grain (brown rice can be substituted)1 4oz can Campbell's French Onion Soup1 8 oz can Beef Consume.5 cup Mushrooms, canned1 tbsp Parkay, Light Original Spread Margarine
Directions
Wash rice and put in a medium size pot, add both cans of soup, mushrooms, and margarine and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite meat. Makes 4-6 servings.
