Cranberry Tangerine/Orange Relish

Ingredients
15 oz. cranberries, fresh2 naval oranges or 3 tangerines1 lemon1 c. granulated sugar3/4 tsp. cinnamon, ground1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
Directions
1. Wash the cranberries and remove stems. Add to food processor.

2. Zest 1 orange, or half of the tangerine peels and add to the food processor.

3. Peel and section the oranges or tangerines and the lemon removing fibers and pits. Chop coarsely and add to food processor.

4. Process until medium chop.

5. Add sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Process just until mixed well.

6. Put in pyrex bowl and refrigerate overnight.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/2 cup servings
