Chocolate Tofu Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup soy milk (plain/original)1 serving Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge protein powder (or similar)1 Tbsp PB2 (could be omitted)1 box Mori-Nu Organic Silken tofu 1 Tbsp coconut cream (for texture)Chopped almonds (optional)
Directions
Blend the soymilk with the protein powders in a Vitamix or food processor. Add the silken tofu and coconut cream and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until the flavors have a chance to blend and the "pudding" is soft. Serve with chopped nuts (I like almonds).

Serving Size: Makes 5 1/2 cup servings.
