Ingredients
2 cups granulated sugar (or sugar substitute like Splenda for baking)1/2 cup Smart Balance buttery spread1/2 cup water3 Tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened1/2 cup creamy style peanut butter3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
Directions
Place sugar, butter, water and cocoa powder in large pot. Heat and stir until boiling. Turn off heat, add peanut butter and oatmeal and stir until combined.

Scoop onto wax paper and let set.
