Spiced Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
2 pkg whole cranberries approx. 4 cups1/4 cup raw honey2/3 cup pure maple syrupSpice Bag: 1 stick cinnamon, 6-8 whole allspice, 6-8 whole cloves, 1 small piece star anise, 1 small dried lemon. Also add 1 tsp Chinese Five Spice powder.
Directions
Put all ingredients into a heavy pan. ADD in a spice bag: 1 stick cinnamon, 6-8 whole allspice, 6-8 whole cloves, 1 small piece star anise, 1 small dried lemon. Also add 1 tsp Chinese Five Spice powder.

Cook over VERY low heat until all cranberries are popped and the sauce has a jelly consistency. Remove from heat, cool and store covered in the refrigerator.
