Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1-2/3 c. whole wheat flour1-1/2 c. sugar1/4 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. each of cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg1/2 c. vegetable oil1/2 c. water1c. canned pumpkin2 eggs1 c. raisins1c. chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just mixed. Add raisins and nuts.
Spray the pans with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
