Emilie's Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
2 cups of cooked quinoa1 red bell pepper, diced1/4 cup of red onion, diced1 can of low-sodium black beans, drained1 bag of steam in bag corn kernels3 small limes, juiced1/4 of olive oil1/8 tsp of cumin1/8 tsp of chili powdersalt to taste
Directions
Cook quinoa and toss with veggies. Dress with dressing made from seasoning, oil, and lime juice. Salt to taste

Serve warm or cold
