Italian Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Green Beans cut up, 1.5 cups1 med yellow onion chopped fineCarrots, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 2 stalk, large1 can of diced tomatoes (puree 1/2 of this)Beans, 1 cup uncookedLentils, 1 cup uncookedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded*2 tsp Italian Seasoning or more to taste5 cubes of veggie brothWater, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Saute olive oil with onions, carrots and celery for 15 minutes or until soft. Add water and all of the rest of the ingredients. Allow to simmer for 2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 6 -2cup servings of soup
