Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
I/4 cup of canned pumpkin1/4 cup of Dannon Lit n Fit greek vanilla yogurt1/2 cup of sugar free Almond milk1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice1/2 frozen bananaPlace above ingredients in blender and combine. I also add ice and water if needed to get right consistency. You could boost the protein by adding protein powder but it would also increase calorie count or you could eliminate the chia and/or flax seed meal.
