Old-Fashioned Tuna Noodle Cassarole

Ingredients
6 oz. elbow macaroni1 cup frozen peas6 tbsp. canola oil6 tbsp. flour3 cups Lactaid Fat Free Milk, warmed1/2 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. dried dill weed3 cans tuna in water, drained
Directions
Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until firm but not mushy. Add frozen peas at the end of cooking to warm thru.
Blend the canola oil and flour in a small sauce pan to make a rue.
Gradually add warmed Lactaid milk and cook for 2 minutes with out boiling until white sauce thickens.
Stir pepper, dill weed, tuna into white sauce and warm gently.
Drain pasta and peas and add white sauce with tuna and stir until well mixed.




Serving Size: Divide into 6 equal serving
