Pasta Sauce (low FODMAP)

Ingredients
1 can diced tomato (I prefer petite)2 can tomato sauce1 cup water3 TBS olive oil1/4 c. onion3 garlic cloves1 tsp fennel seed1 TBS basil1 TBS oregano2 bay leaves1 tsp salt (I use less)1 tsp black pepper)
Directions
heat oil in pan and saute onion and garlic until cooked through and onion begins to carmelize.

Remove onion and garlic from pan

slowly add dices tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water. stir together

add seasoning and stir togeter

bring to boil

reduce heat and cover 90 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 8-10 1/2 cup servings
