Chop Suey

Ingredients
Saute cubed pork, mushrooms, onions and celery. Add 4 cups of stock. Simmer for 1-1/2 hrs. Can be thickened with 2 Tbsps. of corn starch, but I usually don't.
Directions
Freezes well and can be made in a slow cooker.
