1 cup Brown Rice1 cup Wild Rice1 tsp Olive Oil1 tsp Butter (melted)4 cups Chicken Stock (low sodium, fat free)2 Tbsp Minced Onion (dried)1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1 Tbsp Parsley
Add first three ingredients to rice cooker and mix until rice is evenly coated. Add remaining ingredients and stir together before turning on rice cooker.
Rice is ready when rice cooker turns off (apx. 1 hour)
Serving Size: Makes 16 Half Cup servings.
