! 400g. can Edgell chick peas, drained500g. minced chickenI medium carrot, cut into chunks or slices2 cloves garlic, crushed30g. dessicated coconut2/3 cup baby spinach leaves
1. Put all ingredients into food processor and pulse until smooth and well combined.
2. Roll mixture into small balls.
3. Either cook in oven 15 minutes (till golden), pan fry, cook on barbecue or grill plate.
Serving Size: Divide evenly into 4 servings.
