Emma Houston's Chocolate Peppermint Quick Bread

Ingredients
1/2 stick of unsalted butter3/4 cup of granulated sugar3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup sour cream1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1/4 cup crushed candy canes Powdered sugar icing and crushed candy cane topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until creamed. Add in eggs, one at a time and then vanilla. Add sour cream. Mix dry ingredients in to mix and incorporate chips and candy canes. Bake for approx 45-60 min, until tester comes out clean.
