Easy chicken curry just 5 ingredients

Ingredients
1 tablespoon coconut oil4 raw chicken breasts cut into cubesCurry powder (I use Rajah) 6-8 tablespoons1 large can (28oz) crushed tomatoes1 can coconut milk unsweetened(5-6 oz)
Directions
Brown chicken in coconut oil. Add tomatoes, curry powder. Simmer 30 minutes. Add coconut milk at the end and heat another 10 minutes. Serve over rice as desired.
