Homemade Coconut Macaroons

1 cup cream of coconut2 tbs corn syrup4 large egg whites2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
Preheat oven to 375�F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment and spray with pan spray or line with silicone mats.
Whisk together cream of coconut, corn syrup, egg whites, vanilla, and salt. Combine coconut flakes in large bowl and break up clumps. Pour liquid into coconut and mix well.
Drop heaping teaspoons of batter onto sheets spacing about 1" apart. Form into loose haystacks. Bake until golden brown about 15 mins. Cool and enjoy or dip in chocolate.
