4 oz cooked sausage, do not drain1 can evaporated milk4 tbsp cornstarch in 1/2 cup cold water4 fried eggs1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
Fry sausage until no longer pink. Pour in can of evaporated milk and bring to boil. Add 1/2 water and 4 tbsp of cornstarch. Pour into sausage/milk mixture. Will thicken quickly. Stir to keep smooth and turn off when hot. Break up biscuit on plate, add fried egg to top and pour gravy over. Add shredded cheddar.
