Butter, unsalted, 1 tbspCostco chicken stock 16.9 oz, 2 serving So Delicious coconut milk beverage, 1 cup 1/4 cup parm. cheese
Make 5 minute grits with a 4 to 1 ratio.
I used 2 cups chicken broth with 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup water. You can use 2 cups coconut milk with 2 cups chicken broth instead.
Make according to directions on package and add salt, pepper, Parm cheese & 1 tablespoon butter at the end.
* use plain coconut milk (I used So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverage) In dairy near milk. NOT canned c.milk.
Or you can use 1 cup 1/2 and 1/2.
* butter can be omitted.
Serving Size: 4 to 6 servings
