Kale and Brown Rice

Ingredients
4 c. chopped kale (1 bunch)1/2 yellow onion, chopped1/4 c. red wine1 tbsp olive oil1 dash salt2 c. cooked brown riceFrank's Hot Sauce - 1 tsp
Directions
In a large stock pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and saute for 3-4 minutes until just beginning to brown. Add kale and salt, then pour red wine over the kale. Toss to mix, then cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until kale is wilted.

Serve over brown rice with a few dashes of Frank's Hot Sauce.
