Spiced Banana Pecan Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup flour (barley/spelt mix is what I had on hand)2 mashed medium bananasApplesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup*Canola Oil Wesson 100% Pure, 4 tbspEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large *Orange Zest .5 tspPecans, .25 cup, chopped Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp* Coconut Sugar .25 cup1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Sift together dries, mix together wet ingredients. Fold dries into wet mixture. Fold in nuts. Place in greased muffin in and bake 20 min.
