Taco Lasagna

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey1 package taco seasoning3 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1 tbsp chili powder1/2 cup water6 (6-inch) corn tortillas12 oz jar salsa1/2 cup green onions, chopped8 oz light sour cream1 1/2 cup shredded 2% reduced fat cheddar jack cheese
Directions
1. Brown ground turkey.

2. Add taco seasoning, garlic, cayenne pepper, chili powder and water.

3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish.

4. Cut the 6 corn tortillas in half and place four halves in the bottom of the dish. Spread 1/3 of the salsa on top of the tortillas. Spread 1/2 of the meat mixture evenly over the salsa. Sprinkle with green onions. Drop 1/2 the sour cream randomly overt the green onions. Top with 1/2 cup of cheddar jack cheese. Repeat layers. Top with corn tortillas, spread remaining salsa, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

5. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
